2.Coating Oven

Coating---Electrode Formation

Weight formation : Surface density

Shape formation

Quality formation: Evenness, Consistency  

A good quality battery needs good coating quality

3.Rolling Mill --- Pressing Slitting

 Rolling: Increasing the density of the electrode plates ,Improving the electrode properties: Optimum balance between the highest energy density, wetting properties of the electrolyte (ion conductivity) and electron conductivity  

Slitting: Cutting to the target electrode sizes
4. Electrode Making --- Welding
Welding: The cathode and anode are welded to a nickel strip and an aluminum strip respectively using ultrasonic welding technology to minimize internal conductive resistance.

5.Battery Assembly --- Folding Liquid

   Filling Vacuum Sealing

   The core procedure of battery  assembly:

   Folding: Insert from top to bottom in the order of anode-- separator—cathode—separator…folding them to form the battery cell, ensuring that the positions are correctly aligned without over-tensioning

   Liquid Filling: Inject the electrolyte into the battery

   Vacuum SealingDual gas evacuation to remove any residual electrolyte and gas followed by sealing

6. Product Inspection ---

    Formation Capacity Grading Ageing

   Chemical Formation: Charging the battery, allow the electrolyte to fully dissolve and activate the battery

   Capacity Grading: Determine the capacity of the battery, further improve the internal stability of the battery

   Ageing: Allow the battery to rest for a period of time, to facilitate the internal stabilization of the battery

   Testing: Inspect and reject sub-standard batteries:  low capacity, high internal resistance, zero or low voltage cells etc.

7.Safety Inspectio

  Subjecting all batteries to extreme safety evaluations:  80±5℃~0℃ instantaneous switch-over, and simulate 5~7T of pressure

  Packing: Only package and ship those battery units which have passed the test
